ACE Fix Gold
High performance cementitious tile adhesive (latex modified)
Product overview
ACE FIX GOLD is a ready-mix, cement-based, polymer (latex) modified tile adhesive for internal and external use, with a strong bonding effect suited to large tiles and permanent exposure to high humidity. It is non-sagging and classified ‘T’ (slip resistant) under EN 12004 for tile adhesives in the UAE, and can be used in damp environments with full water resistance.
ACE FIX GOLD includes a Low Dust feature, unique to this product in the UAE, reducing dust generated during pouring and mixing by 90% for a cleaner working site and easier renovation.

How to use it
Surface preparation
Surface must be clean and free from grease or dust, and sufficiently cured so shrinkage has already occurred. Lightly moisten a dry substrate before application — never moisten the tiles.
Mixing
Mix with 5 to 6 L of clean, cool water per 25 kg bag (4 to 4.8 L per 20 kg), using a low-speed electric mixer (under 300 rpm) until a uniform, lump-free paste forms. Let the paste rest briefly before use.
Application
Apply evenly with a notched trowel for a uniform thickness of 2 to 3 mm minimum. Press tiles firmly so paste does not slip from the tile sides. Work in areas of around 1 m² and tile within 25 minutes of application at 20°C, before a skin can form. Leave at least 2 mm around each tile, and wait at least 24 hours before grouting.
Safety
Contains cement powders that release alkalis when mixed with water, which can be harmful to skin. Apply in a ventilated area with protective gear for hands, eyes, and respiratory system, and avoid breathing the dust. Wash skin splashes with soap and water; rinse eyes thoroughly with clean water if exposed. Seek medical attention if swallowed — do not induce vomiting. The product is non-flammable.
