• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, technical attributes, and packaging details of our products (such as tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing membranes, and bitumen coatings) as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, ISO certifications, or other content are error-free or fully up-to-date.
• Price & Availability: Product availability, packaging formats, and quotation prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations issued via our "Enquiry" system are subject to the specific terms set out in each quotation document.
• Contract Formation: Submitting an inquiry or request for quote does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is only established when an official order confirmation or invoice is issued by ACE Impacts.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, functionality, logos, and product graphics are and will remain the exclusive property of ACE Impacts Adhesive Industries LLC and its licensors. • Any physical damage or structural failure arising from improper storage, handling, mixing, or application of our construction chemical products. Installers must adhere strictly to the product data sheets (PDS).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Umm Al Quwain, UAE.
